Thrive is a private psychology services clinic located in Chichester, West Sussex, and Marylebone, London. We specialise in consultant-led Autism and ADHD assessments, provide comprehensive post-diagnosis support, and offer an extensive array of psychological care services for children, adolescents, and adults. 

 

The clinic was founded by Dr JoyAnne MacInnes, a consultant clinical health psychologist with over 30 years of experience in child and adult mental health within the NHS. She leads a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of qualified clinical professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care. 

 

Our assessments adhere to NICE Gold Standards, ensuring a reliable and thorough process. Additionally, our post-diagnosis support and therapeutic services are grounded in a range of evidence-based models, all customised to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Dr JoyAnne MacInnes is our lead clinician and an NHS Consultant Clinical Health Psychologist with 30 years experience providing specialist interventions for many physical and mental health conditions. 

 

Her primary aim is to assist patients to flourish and live fulfilling lives. To this end, she utilises a range of evidence-based clinical models, following the guidelines established by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

The recommended treatment approaches we offer to support you in managing tics through therapy and lifestyle changes are Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and Habit Reversal Therapy (HRT)
